No Prescription Without a Diagnosis
Reflections

In my childhood, I was fortunate to grow up in the Jain faith and go to a Christian missionary school. Life has since given me the opportunity to serve as a CFO for more than 30 years, to teach at Drexel University where I was once a student, and to chair the Board of Trustees of the Parliament of the World’s Religions. Whatever the room – a boardroom, a classroom or a prayer hall – I try to bring the same thing: no prescription without a diagnosis, and respect for every person affected by the decision.
